2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted using services from Hostinger. When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer information, browser/user-agent data and technical status information. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain availability, detect misuse and protect the technical infrastructure.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in secure, reliable and efficient website operation). Where Hostinger processes personal data on our behalf, processing is carried out under the applicable data-processing terms in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
3. Contact form and email enquiries
If you contact us through the form or by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, company/organisation (if provided), email address, selected topic and message, in order to review and respond to your enquiry.
Where the communication concerns the preparation or performance of a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to business communications and managing prospective client relationships.
The website does not require confidential project files for an initial enquiry. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless appropriate handling has first been agreed.
4. Cookies, analytics and marketing tracking
Auriantum does not currently use web analytics, advertising tracking or marketing cookies on this website. The website itself does not set non-essential cookies. Technical infrastructure operated by the hosting provider may use mechanisms necessary for security, delivery or network operation.
5. Fonts and external content
The final website uses locally available system fonts and does not load Google Fonts from Google servers. No embedded maps, social-media plugins or third-party analytics tools are currently integrated.
6. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be processed by service providers that are required for website hosting and email delivery. These providers receive data only to the extent necessary for the respective service and are bound by the applicable contractual and data-protection requirements.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Hostinger's contracting entity for customers in EU countries is based in the European Union. Where a service provider or subprocessor processes data outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate legal transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR is required, such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry data is deleted when the matter has been completed and there is no further business or legal need to retain it. Statutory commercial, tax or evidentiary retention requirements may require certain correspondence or business records to be kept for longer.
9. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and, where processing is based on legitimate interests, to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. For a controller established in Baden-Württemberg, the competent authority is in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI Baden-Württemberg).
11. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Internet communication can nevertheless never be guaranteed to be completely secure.
